Hi I'm Dave, the owner of Hanga
I set up Hanga because I wanted more flexibility to work with clients and projects that I'm excited about. Hanga is, for the most part, just me but I draw in resources when required for each project. I keep overheads low and intend to keep it that way. I don't believe that a Project Manager needs a 'city office' or any additional admin staff. I like to use technology wherever cost effective to keep teams informed, and project information accessible.
I've got 17 years experience working on predominantly higher education and residential projects and I'm a member of the Association of Project Managers.
